Company Overview

The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) connects people with assistance, resources, and support for living independently and provides direct services to Colorado’s families, children, and adults.

The UX Process

Colorado citizens were originally required to go through tedious form-filling procedures to apply for state benefits through CDHS. MyCoBenefits aims to progressively digitize this process while minimizing application times for users.

The UX documentation is currently protected under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
